What We Look At
We sit with the people doing the work and follow your real processes end to end: how a quote gets written, how an invoice gets chased, how a customer question travels through your team. We track where the hours go, where the same information gets typed in twice, and where things quietly go wrong.
What You Receive
A short written report in plain English, ranked by what saves you the most for the least effort. Each item names the problem, what fixing it would involve, a rough cost, and the time it should give back. The report is yours to keep whether or not you build anything with us.
Why It Comes First
Most AI projects fail because they solve a problem nobody actually had. A few weeks spent looking properly costs far less than months spent building the wrong thing. It also tells us honestly when the answer is a better spreadsheet or one new hire instead of software.
